Subscription Policy

At Poplar & Prose, some products and services may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

Coffee Subscriptions

When you purchase a coffee subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically before each scheduled shipment unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.

Executive Function & Organization Support for Students

Weekly organization and accountability support is offered as a recurring weekly service at the rate indicated on the service page.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically each week unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Weekly support includes the services described on the Executive Function & Organization Support for Students page, including weekly academic and assignment review, calendar preparation, communication of weekly priorities, and an optional 15-minute phone or Zoom check-in.

Thursday Studio Membership

Thursday Studio is offered as a recurring membership. Members receive the benefits described on the Thursday Studio service page, including weekly live Zoom studio sessions, the monthly Writing Companion PDF, member-only offerings and surprises, and early access to select Poplar & Prose offerings and experiences.

Membership fees are charged automatically according to the billing frequency selected at checkout and continue until canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at contact@poplarandprose.com.

For coffee subscriptions: Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

For weekly student support: Cancellations must be made before your next weekly billing date to avoid being charged for the following week of service.

For Thursday Studio: Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming membership period. Because Thursday Studio includes scheduled live sessions and monthly member materials, cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid membership period.

Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery or service frequency selected at checkout until canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Because coffee is a consumable product, opened coffee products are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Fees for weekly student support and Thursday Studio membership cover services and experiences provided during the applicable billing period and are generally nonrefundable once that service or membership period has begun.
