Subscription Policy

At Poplar & Prose, some products may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

Coffee Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically before each scheduled shipment unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.

Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at contact@poplarandprose.com.

Any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout until canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Because coffee is a consumable product, opened coffee products are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
