Fall in all its Glory ~ Call for Submissions

We’re looking for an original, previously unpublished 300-word story celebrating fall in all its glory.

The changing leaves. The fresh starts. The orchard visits. The warm drinks. The scent of cinnamon and woodsmoke. And if you’re so inclined… the spooky. 👻

Wherever "Fall in all its Glory" takes you! We love stories that readers of all ages can enjoy together.

Compensation
🍁 $10 USD for each selected story, paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

We’re planning to publish up to three stories during the month of October.

Rights
Authors always retain full rights to their work. We’re simply asking for non-exclusive permission to publish the story on Poplar & Prose. You’re welcome to publish it elsewhere as well. If selected, you’ll be credited alongside a short author bio, with links to your website or social media if you’d like.

How to Submit
Email your story, along with a 2–3 sentence author bio, to contact@poplarandprose.com by September 15 at 9:00 p.m. ET.

Selected authors will be notified by October 1, and their stories will be featured throughout October on Poplar & Prose.
