A Collection For Eternity
Beneath the silver hush of towering pines, I skipped happily past the last few trees of the wood.
Sunlight spilled through the canopy in golden streaks as I burst out to a lush meadow covered with daisies, buttercups, and a mass of lavender thistle. I gathered leaves, blush-pink blossoms, and tiny white flowers that swayed like snowdrops in the breeze. Bees buzzed lazily around me as the sweet scent of drifting petals hung in the air.
By the time the sun drifted low, my bouquet overflowed with wild colours all gathered for my wedding, the day after tomorrow.
